What? No funeral for Robert? I guess Rachel had him cremated or something. But still I thought his meddlesome mother would have shown up to formally put her son away.

Gabrielle is the woman that Derrick was dating while he was in Canada with his father, she's the one that Derrick has his father thinking that he's gonna marry her because Derrick has been dating her & his father thinks its serious, but we all know Derrick loves Rachel!( hope that right Sylvia, at least thats want I got out of it from earlier in the story)
