I'll go first.
I'm in Detroit. It's hot and muggy and the current news story locally that i remember was the double shooting on my side of town (westside) where this white escalade pulls up to this young man and the back passenger scrub asked the young man (who was walking) for his wallet. The young man starts to run and the scrub shoots him (4 to 6 shoots were fired). Two blocks and a couple of hours later, the same thing occurs. This happened early this morning in Detroit.
Yeah, that's depressing, but hey, this is Detroit. Number two murder capital I think or did we move back up to number one? I can't remember anymore.

Well here in Blacksburg, VA it is very humid and hot, 81 already at 11:00.

I've been reading the story from the start but never had time to post a comment on this one (I've read and bought almost all your books).
For what's going on in my life it's like that:
I'm in hot and sunny Rome, Italy, supposed to be working on some account stuff, but stopped to check on my favorite website, just to see if an early post was there waiting.
In about 15 days I'll be gone for some much needed holidays and I'll go in Congo, Africa, for the first time in 23 years (I'm 28), can't wait to go and reunite with my familly, but hopefully Sex Weed will be finish by then so I won't be missing none while away ;-)!!!

Okay weather, bored at work and I hardly ever listen to the news because it is depressing
Its 2:11 in Richmond, VA. I am in my office. Trolling the internet. I try to avoid outside at all cost so I have no clue how hot it is until I leave at 5. I am going to run to my truck and cut the A/C on. then I am going to go home, start the grill, cook dinner, and curl up with a cheesy romance novel for the nite. --Mz. NewBootie
It's humid and hot in the AUG (that Augusta - south of Atlanta). Tried not to look at the news today. Still got that bridge collapse on my mind from yesterday. Wish I didn't have to work today, but I do, so I'll holla at you later, Sylvia.

hi this is dana and i'm in Trinidad, West Indies (Caribbean) its now 3:30pm and its sorta cloudy having alot of rain these days. were having what we call "mooi weer" nice and sunny but still cool. i was born in the caribbean so there the sun is always shining here the sun is shining but you cant feel it. i just moved here monday and im enjoying the story too, keep the good work up
Well hello, its Dolores from NJ...its about 7:15 pm here...still hot as hell and looks like its gonna continue into next week. I'm just here trying to catch up on Sex Weeds cause yes, I am late to the party lol. Other then that everything is cool (at least I think so).
Okay, Sylvia. Since Sex Weed is going a bit slower now, I wanted to pipe back in to say "You are tripping hard with Diary of a..."
That Sheryl is a mess. She's the first of your heroines that I don't know whether to like or dislike. The verdict is still out on that. I'll let you know when I finish the book. I'm taking my time with it, allowing the story to marinate. Sorry for being such a snail.
For those who haven't read Diary of a... yet, I encourage you to pick up a copy. It's different from anything else Sylvia has written (at least in my opinion).
