Taylor needs that property for the story line in The Other Side of Love.
If you're a new reader and you don't know The Other Side of Love, it has to do with the beginning of the Bellini sagas.
She's trying to over impress Dalton and her father so she can get that VP spot next to Dalton, which HE doesn't want give it to her. Dalton's worse than Jaelen especially when it comes to demoralizing and demeaning women.
If you don't know Dalton, there are a few books he's featured in. (I'll let my old readers tell you in the comments. Come on impress me, old readers.)

With the Easter weekend coming, I'll be posting most likely late tomorrow. I'm working on the editing stages of Tanner's Devil and also helping a friend get her book published.
Of course I'm busy working on other projects as well.
But I'm trying to post longer posts. Really I am. (But don't fault me on this one. This was the end of the chapter. I swear.)
And yes, this is a big cliffhanger that you'll kill me for.

As for the Bellini's, new readers, my fav is Sins Iniquity, but you can find mention of them in Road to Freedom, Tanner's Devil, and Stones Revenge

OMG WHYYY!!! Why did you have to stop there? That would be funny if he choked her!!! Okay so I did get Skye's eye color wrong, I went back and reread some parts so I know Noel and her arent related but the Fats in Dreams of Reality isn't Fat Cat Owns in this story is it??? Inquiring minds....

If Kyle need someone to marry I do it. My vote on Noel and Kyle. I don't how Synthia going to pull it off but it sound like perfect match to me. Colin found out about Synthia buying the property.
Sylvia no you did not just do that! Cliffhanger! Not now when you are getting to the best part. But I know there is a reason. So you're excused. Now I'll be checking all the time to see when you update. I can't wait to see the fireworks. I know it's going to be explosive.
Sylvia, I was hoping you'd post more chapters before I had to go MIA for awhile.
As you know I got stuff about to go down at my own house (blog) so I'm not going to be able to visit as often. Maybe only once a week, depending on how busy things get.
Either way, I'll order a copy of Synthia and Colin's completed book once it's done.
