This story is fantastic. I definetly getting this story. Phillipe is sweetheart, I love him. Maxine, I like her but four abortion ....mmhh that's bad. One I can deal with but four that's tough. That's another story and I leave that judgement to GOD. Keep up the good work, I enjoying reading this story.

I have to say I have never been so disappointed in any of your online novels as I am in this one. It is offensive to women espacially black women. I mean how can you write a story in which women are mistreated in this manner. Every time I would start to enjoy the story some part of it would be unbearably offensive. Also I do not understand the logic behind your story. I mean why are these women part of this group if the servant class get mistreated in this manner. Why don't they just quit. Have they forgotten there is a real world out there? Or have you? They're obviously not getting the excitement they signed up for. Also four abortions? The first one was abuse and not fair but the rest? I was sexually abused as a child and I can tell you that just because of it girls don't start selling themselves on the street. I remember reading your first story and thinking there is an author who knows how to excite but not offend. I no longer hold this opinion. oh and on the first form Maxine stated she lost her virginity at 20. As you progress we are told she lost it at 12? I hope your story gets published for your sake. But please try to be a bit more tasteful in your work. If not at least do not degrade women in this manner. Men not being punished for openly beating women. And women not objecting to being abused. Women have alot of integrity and self respect. No modern women would put herself through such a load of crap.

I was wondering when someone would say something negative. I thought in the beginning this was a crazy stupid idea and that someone would just say Sylvia, have you lost your mind.

I knew going into this, someone would say why are these chicks putting up with this shit.

And i asked myself the same questions too. They're all going to come back, next week, but why?

Nicole does explain in further chapters, when Maxine wants out, the mentality of it all. And i think the dancer in the room explained it a little too. You're black, on aid or working from paycheck to paycheck. The opportunity to be lavished upon, revered and partly worship for two days out the week with money and materials is a prominent offer. Some will put up with the "crap" in order to receive rewards, because what else is there in their lives short of selling themselves or receiving punishment from men that are suppose to care for them.

One person I told the story to said it was wrong to write something like this, but in truth it really made a lot of sense and its almost scary that something like this could actually exist. She said, "If you're gonna treat me like shit, at least pay me for it. At least I know you're going to treat me like shit some time and I don't have to wait for some man to come stomp on my heart to know I have to pay for the stuff with an ass whooping."

So that's why they stay. That's the reward they feel they get for enduring this. Some of the masters are nice, some of them aren't, but all of them give something in order to be apart of all of this.

I like what I'm reading so far - it kinda reminds us that there are things like that happening still in today's world - black woman going through what Maxine or the others are going through - what about the other colored women - it's not only happening in America but in other parts of the world - u hear of an Asian or white girl going missing & then u later find out fm ur friends that they were kidnapped & sold in2 slavery & they r getting the same thing as Maxine's friend is getting & even worse. Abortion - nthing new - I know a friend who had that amt of abortion - she had no choice - who wd want 2 bring a kid in2 this world when u r only 10 & all alone.
Suggestion 2 Sylvia - why not in ur nxt novel write a story of a black, rich & powerful woman who hit back on men - maybe get Maxine a happy ending with Phillipe & let her put up a harem for men (using Phillipe's money) & let women have a go at the men for a change (didn't they have Amazon women in the olden time??) - maybe give Devon a change to get a piece of what he was dishing out to those poor women.

I would also like to add that if the age of when my heroine lost her virginity is the only continuity flaw that you've found that bothers you, I think I should pat myself on the back because for a first draft that you're reading - no real editing has been done - I think that's pretty darn good!

I don't know if most readers know that what you're reading is coming straight from my head and onto paper. That means yu're reading something that I go home every night and make up while I'm cooking for the kids, cleaning up my house, working on my other literary endeavors, trying to find a personal life, trying to sell a book, doing my other blog and getting at least four hours of sleep a night.

With all the compliments I was getting, I think that this one mistake out of all the other mistakes i could have made can be easily corrected.

LOL.

Atleast compared to the last chapter now things shown are bit personal level. Well everyone agrees no one in modern world take all this shit, but lot of them wouldnt disagree to the fact we do make wrong choices more often. so i guess we should be a bit more patient and see how this one proceeds...... you did say that you are going to post couple more when is that going to be????????????

I recall seeing the issue of BW/WM in BDSM situations discussed on one of the message boards I frequent. I think for the most part, there isn't anything wrong with a black woman being in charge of her sensuality, as long as it's consensual. I say for the most part, because in this story, some are aware of what they're getting into, others aren't so lucky. But to be blunt or insensitive, if you're willing to prostitute yourself, you can't be too upset at whatever happens. Most of these women are there for some monetary gain, so they've in essence sold themselves to the highest bidder.

As for the story, I think the inconsistancies will be taken care of with good editing. Overall I still like the story, and I'm not offended.
